ABA President & CEO, Art Brooks, was recently interviewed by the Arizona Republic about the DTV delay and how it has helped to enable a smoother transition than if it had happened as originally scheduled on Feb. 17th. "Our indication is that the education television stations have done has been effective," Brooks said.
